Couple therapy with me offers a calm, neutral space where both of you are equally heard. Using evidence-based approaches (drawing on the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy and CBT), we’ll gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface, untangle recurring patterns, and rebuild the warmth, respect and connection you both deserve.
I work with couples at every stage — dating, engaged, married, separated, blended families and same-sex partnerships. No judgement, only support.
Helping anxious children feel safe again
Anxiety in children can show up in so many ways — tummy aches before school, sudden tears, clinginess, sleep problems, perfectionism, anger outbursts or quiet withdrawal. As a parent, watching your child struggle is one of the hardest things in the world.
I work gently and playfully with children, using age-appropriate CBT techniques, creative tools, stories and calm conversation to help them understand their worries and develop simple, practical coping strategies. Sessions feel safe and fun — never intimidating.
Why I work with parents, not children directly
I do not work directly with primary-school-age children. Instead, I work with their parents. There is strong research evidence that supporting parents leads to the best long-term outcomes for younger children — children thrive when the whole family system around them feels steady and supported.
I’ll share practical strategies you can use at home, help you understand what your child is experiencing, and give you a steady source of guidance and reassurance.

A trusted, judgement-free space for teens
Being a teenager today is harder than it has ever been. Exam pressure, friendships, social media, identity, body image, family changes, low mood, anxiety — sometimes it all feels too much.
I offer teenagers a private, confidential space where they can talk freely without fear of being told what to do or judged. Using a warm blend of CBT, ACT and simple talking therapy, I help them make sense of their feelings, build resilience and find their own voice. Many of my teen clients say it’s the first place they’ve ever felt genuinely heard.

Life can throw a lot at us. Anxiety, depression, work stress, burnout, grief, relationship breakdown, life transitions, low self-esteem, trauma, health worries — whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone.
I offer adults a warm, gentle and genuinely collaborative therapy experience. Together we’ll explore what’s troubling you, understand the patterns at play, and use practical CBT and ACT tools to help you feel lighter, clearer and more in control of your life again. You’ll always set the pace.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
A well-known, evidence-based talking and practical therapy. The idea behind CBT is simple — if you change the way you think about yourself, others and situations, it can transform the way you feel. Through gentle, curious Socratic questioning we loosen the habitual traps that perpetuate anxiety and low mood.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy
A mindful psychotherapy that encourages staying focused on the present and accepting thoughts and feelings without judgement. It helps you move forward through difficult emotions, freeing your energy for healing and for living a life aligned with what you value. ACT is often more about doing than thinking — and it can be a lot of fun.
